Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 scallions, chopped (including green ends)
1 c. cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1/2 box frozen mixed vegetables, thawed or your choice of fresh vegetables
2 eggs
1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
pepper and salt to taste
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce
Preparation

Beat eggs, m.s.g. and salt together.
Heat wok until hot; add oil and make thin pancakes out of mixture.
Pour egg by tablespoons to fry and make small pancakes.
Cut egg pancakes into thin strips. Heat wok hot and dry.
Add oil.
Sprinkle wok with salt.
Brown onion, then add rice.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients except eggs and soy sauce.
Fry and stir constantly until thoroughly mixed.
Add soy sauce and stir.
Mix in shredded eggs and serve while hot.
