Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
12 to 16 crushed crackers
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare a greased baking dish.
Mix corn and crushed crackers. Add slightly beaten eggs and salt and pepper.
Blend in milk. Pour into prepared dish.
Top with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
