Chicken With Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cooked and broken into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. tarragon
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. seedless red grapes (ripe)
    1 c. Dijon mustard
    2 c. mayonnaise (heavy)
Preparation
    Heat up red wine vinegar, tarragon and a little salt and pepper over high heat.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Place chicken in bowl and pour red wine vinegar over it.
    Mix well; cover and put in fridge until cooled.
    Add all ingredients together and mix well.
