Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) frozen peas
2 boiled eggs
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water chestnuts (more or less)
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Cook
frozen peas as directed.
Don't overcook.
Blanch in cool
water
and drain well.
Add the above ingredients and mix with mayonnaise.
