Cole Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. buttermilk or cream
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, flour, milk, egg, salt and pepper until smooth; add vinegar and water.
Put in saucepan, heat until thickens.
Pour over chopped cabbage.
