Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 c. mashed banana
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
nonstick spray coating

Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together egg whites, banana, sugar and oil.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened.
