Rice With Green Chilies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. rice, cooked
2 c. sour cream
salt to taste
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1 (6 oz.) can chopped green chilies
butter
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

In a bowl, combine rice with the sour cream and salt.
Arrange half of mixture in bottom of 1-quart casserole.
Layer green chilies on top of rice mixture, then cheese strips. Add the remaining rice mixture and dot the top with butter and the grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 4.
