Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, cook onions and water; bring to boil. Add all other ingredients.
Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes, until onions are tender.
