Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 1/2 c. tomato sauce or juice
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, salt and chili.
    Make into small balls. Brown and place in casserole dish.
    Saute onions and pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and pour over balls.
    Cover and bake in 305\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
