Artichokes Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pureed garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat butter and saute mushrooms until crisp and tender.
    Mix bread crumbs, garlic and lemon juice.
    Arrange artichokes in buttered, shallow baking dish.
    Spoon mushroom mixture over artichokes and sprinkle cheese over all.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
