Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes (baking size)
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 medium size onion
1 medium size bell pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Boil potatoes with the skins on.
When cool, peel and dice in small pieces.
Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Add onion (diced in small pieces) and diced bell pepper.
Mix this all together well.
