Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 15 large mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs, fine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced onions
1 egg
8 oz. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation

Rinse mushrooms well.
Break stems from caps.
Chop stems; add bread crumbs, cheese, onion, egg and sausage.
Mix together.
Add salt to taste.
Stuff in mushroom caps.
Bake in buttered casserole at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
