Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Boil chopped onion and zucchini in small amount of salted water until tender.
Drain well.
Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
Fold in zucchini and onions.
Melt butter and toss with stuffing mix.
