Apples, Sweet Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. sliced ham
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can sliced apples
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. canned pineapple juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole; cover with ham. Combine the apples, brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard and vinegar.
    Bring to boil and then simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour over ham and sweet potatoes in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
