Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (sweet)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar plus 1/2 c.
2 c. sour cream
3 c. flour (I use 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour mixed with white flour)
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 cup sugar) in large bowl. Combine separately 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Pour 1/2 of batter into greased spring-form tube pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon mixture on top.
Follow with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for an hour or so.
Should be moist, but not gooey.
