Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (13 oz.) enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1/2 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture in large baking dish.
    Top with nacho or taco chips and 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese which you have chopped up.
    Repeat same again and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This makes a large casserole.
    You can divide it into two and freeze one for later if you wish.
