Italian Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. crushed dried oregano
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip eggplant in butter, then bread crumbs.
    Fry until brown on both sides.
