Grandma'S Eggless Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 c. raisins, soaked
flour (to make stiff)

Preparation

Cream lard and sugar.
Add soda to buttermilk.
Sift flour and alternate milk mixture and flour and salt.
Last, add drained raisins.
Roll out.
Cut in shapes desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
