Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Bisquick
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix 1 cup Bisquick and water to make a dough.
Knead vigorously.
Roll dough to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Cook ground beef, onion and drain.
Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and remaining Bisquick.
Pour into crust.
Mix cottage cheese and eggs and pour over the top.
Arrange tomato slices on top.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
