Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. or more smoked sausage
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    chopped black olives (if desired)
Preparation
    Slice sausage into small pieces.
    Brown in skillet with onion. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Salt to taste.
    Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then mix with rice in a casserole dish.
    Top with black olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 30 minutes until rice is done.
