Carrot Casserole("Pretty And Good Company Fare. People Can'T Believe It'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese slices
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots; drain.
    Make a sauce with all remaining ingredients, except the cheese slices and the bread crumbs.
    In a 1-quart casserole, layer carrots with cheese slices, ending with a carrot layer.
    Pour the sauce over top; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
