Prepare
pancake mix by instructions on package and set aside. Cut
1/3
of a pound of bacon in 1/4-inch pieces.\tFry bacon pieces
until
crispy.
Remove bacon.
Drain and remove grease from
pan.\tPour 1/4 cup pancake mix in frying pan and sprinkle with
some\tof
the
bacon pieces.\tCook until done. Spread margarine on warm pancake and serve with pancake syrup. Repeat until
pancake
mix
and bacon pieces are gone.
Great with coffee or milk.
