Nutty Peach Crisp(Great Dessert Or Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, undrained
    1 pkg. yellow or butter yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Arrange peaches in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves 12 to 15.
