Cindy Hyatt'S Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. grated cheese (mix of Swiss, Mozzarella, Cheddar or whatever you have)
1 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. brandy
2 tsp. cornstarch
clove of garlic
pepper or paprika to taste
bread cubes
cooked ham or vegetables to dip
Preparation

Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the cut clove of garlic. Mix the cornstarch with the brandy.
Add cheese, wine and cornstarch mix.
Do not boil.
Stir constantly, until melted and well mixed.
Keep warm to serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
