Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    5 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine and cook oleo and flour 1 minute, forming paste.
    Add chili powder, mustard, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, milk and Velveeta cheese.
    Stir until melted, then add Ro-Tel tomatoes.
