Paradise Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatine, softened in 1/4 c. cold water and dissolved over hot water
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites, beaten with 1/2 ?? flour
    1 c. cream, whipped
    1 c. peppermint stick candy, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
