Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. garbanzo beans
1 large clove garlic
1/4 c. tahini (sesame butter)
1/2 c. bean cooking water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook garbanzo beans well and drain.
Process all ingredients in blender until absolutely smooth.
Serve as a dip with pita bread or crackers for scooping.
Or use as a sandwich filling with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
