Chicken Nicoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned and skinned chicken breasts
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 yellow onion, quartered
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 box vermicelli or thin spaghetti
    1 can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 can chicken broth
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a frying pan, saute the green pepper, onion and garlic in the oil.
    When onions are softened, chop the tomatoes coarsely and add.
    Add the tomato paste and use the rest of the liquid from the canned tomatoes to dilute.
    Add some of the chicken broth and the bay leaf, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Simmer.
