Creole-Style Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 lb. summer sausage
    3 cans tomato sauce or tomatoes
    2 qt. beef broth
    4 cans red beans (not kidney beans)
    4 small onions, chopped
    1 large can tomato juice
    Adolph's tenderizer
    salt and pepper
    red pepper
    paprika
    chili powder
    garlic
    sugar
    Minute rice
    Cajun seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Cut stew meat small; cook in tap water with tenderizer for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Add sausage, beef broth, tomato sauce, chopped onions, tomato juice and red beans.
    Add seasoning and red pepper to taste.
    Continue to cook while adding ingredients.
    Add Minute rice slowly to reach desired thickness.
