Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. half and half
2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans chopped clams, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped parsley
8 oz. pkg. linguini, cooked according to package directions
Preparation

Heat margarine and peanut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes or until tender.
Remove skillet from heat.
Stir in half and half, clams and salt.
Return skillet to heat and cook and stir until mixture is heated through.
Do not boil.
Toss clam sauce and parsley with drained hot linguini and serve.
