Diet Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. flour
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can Weight Watchers biscuits
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in margarine. Spoon flour over them.
    Combine milk and seasonings.
    Add to vegetables.
    Place in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Put chicken on top. Cover with biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
