Smoked Sausage With Peppers And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 lb. Eckrich smoked sausage
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in oil until tender.
    Add smoked sausage and brown about 10 minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and stewed tomatoes; let simmer for 30 minutes.
