Potato Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 small onion
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
3 c. prepared mashed potatoes (instant)
2 c. cut up cheese

Preparation

Chop onion finely. Beat eggs.
Mix all ingredients and pour into baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until the blade of a knife sticks in the center and comes out clean. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
