Matzo Apple Pudding * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. grated apples
1/2 c. matzo meal
4 Tbsp. chopped almonds
rind of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Stir sugar with the beaten yolks.
Add apples, lemon rind, meal and lastly, stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in greased souffle dish at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
Sprinkle chopped almonds on top and bake until brown.
