Crunchy Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope lipton cream of chicken cup-a-soup
    1/3 c. hot water
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
    3/4 c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    In a bowl, blend cup-a-soup with water.
    Dip chicken in soup mix then into crumbs; place in shallow baking dish then drizzle with butter.
    Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
    Makes about 2 servings.
