Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped or 1/4 c. dried minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. minced onion flakes
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine ingredients and make meatballs. Make your sauce separately by combining ingredients until smooth in a separate bowl. Put your meatballs in a large broiler pan or cookie sheet; pour half of your sauce mixture over them and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Cover meatballs with remaining sauce when you put them in a crock-pot on low.
