Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl.
    Toss lightly with fork to mix.
    Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth and thoroughly blended.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
