Sausage Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Brown sausage and onions in skillet.
Add cheeses and stir until slightly melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients; mixture will be thick.
Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; spread evenly.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Can serve with jalapeno jelly.
