Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or more if you wish)
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
Preparation

In a paper bag, add dry ingredients to enough flour to cover the meat, plus 1/3 cup leftover to use for gravy.
Add the meat and shake well until completely coated.
Brown the meat in Crisco. To the browned meat, add the remaining 1/3 cup seasoned flour mix and 2 1/2 cups water to make the gravy.
Add Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms with juice.
Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
