Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
4 c. diced apples
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream eggs, oil and sugar.
Add extract and cinnamon.
Beat in dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased baking pan for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
