Apricot-Coconut Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried apricots
    2 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. flaked coconut
    Grand Marnier
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Grind or chop fine apricots to thick paste.
    Combine with coconut and condensed milk.
    Mix ball.
    Add Grand Marnier (1/4 to 1/2 cup) if desired; gives a fabulous taste.
    Mix well.
    Form into balls or log and roll in confectioners sugar.
    Makes 50 to 60 pieces.
