Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. coconut
    1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour oil into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water and 1 cup coconut; beat until smooth.
    Mix in oil from pan, then pour mixture back in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven and punch holes all over cake.
    In a small bowl, beat cream of coconut several minutes, then pour over hot cake.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Mix Cool Whip and remaining coconut.
    Spread on cake.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
