Burger Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 small green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    6 hamburger buns
    3 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook crumbled beef, onions and green pepper in oil until browned, stirring frequently.
    Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, corn and tomato sauce; simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add grated cheese; heat until it melts.
    Put a toasted open bun on each plate.
    Put a slice of tomato on each half.
    Serve cheese-burger mixture over each.
    Makes 6 sandwiches.
