Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Aluminum foil
    Cooking spray
    Potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
    Baby carrots
    Red onion, sliced thick
    Fresh broccoli spears
Preparation
    Spray foil with cooking spray.\tLayer vegetable in order listed above.
    Add 4 to 5 dabs of butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle water over all.
    Fold foil, sealing lightly. Grill on medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes.\tBe careful of steam when opening.
