Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can asparagus spears, drained (save liquid)
3/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
butter
Preparation

Thin soup with asparagus liquid.
Layer asparagus in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, then cheese.
Dot with butter.
Pour same soup over layer.
Repeat two more times. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly (45 minutes to 1 hour).
Serves 6 to 8.
