Mexican Chicken(Club Member: Brad Smith) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 pkg. tortilla chips
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook chicken; debone and set aside. Brown onion in margarine. Add soups and tomatoes. Layer chicken, soup mixture, cheese and chips in casserole. Bake until bubbling at 300\u00b0.
