Kugel De Lukshen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thin noodles
    2 oz. butter
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. dry cottage cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions. Add the butter and allow to melt into noodles.
    Set aside.
    Mix eggs (beaten), sour cream, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt, then add to noodles.
    Mix well and fold in the cottage cheese.
    Pour into greased 10 x 15 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cut into squares when warm.
