Bourbon Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes (round are better than long)
    1/2 stick real butter (soft, but not melted)
    1/2 box light brown sugar
    1 miniature bottle bourbon
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; rinse well.
    Boil until almost done, not \"gooky\" soft, but firm.
    Peel and slice potatoes into a 9-inch pan, spreading evenly.
    Sliced potatoes can be stacked on one edge, if necessary.
    Crumble butter and sugar together until well mixed.
    Sprinkle/distribute evenly over top of all potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, until it bubbles, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
