Chicken-Pecan Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. dried whole dillweed
    1/4 c. pecan halves
    3 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1 cup shredded cheese, chopped pecans, salt and paprika.
    Stir in the oil.
    Press in the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch quiche dish.
    Prick bottom and sides of crust with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and chicken broth in a medium bowl, stirring well.
    Stir in chicken, remaining cheese, onion, dillweed and hot sauce.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Top with pecan halves. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
