Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    3 Tbsp. quick cure
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix well and form into 3 long rolls.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
